Brian was the best helping us to negotiate the twists and turns of a rather complicated process. We were upsizing as we were bringing my wife's mother to live with us here in Texas. So it involved selling her home out of state, selling our home here, and purchasing a new one here. He kept in contact with my mother-in-law and her agent about any concerns they had, helped us to get our house (of 21 years) ready and on the market, and searched for properties which would meet our needs. This was often challenging as we needed a home with double masters on the first floor, a rarity these days it seems. We found our forever home! That is a bold statement in and of itself, but one that we can confidently make with having Brian Deluca in our corner during the home search/buying process. Prior to meeting Brian, we were feeling a bit discouraged based on what we kept finding on popular websites and apps. Our specific needs sounded near impossible to most people we spoke with. A home that was warm and inviting with an open floor plan, yet had enough separation between living areas.
